Behavior

Testing

The layer feature will be  tested by using a test group to study their behavior.
In order to collect the data we will need to set different KPI's wich we will track using a chosen analytics tool
the KPI's which we will test are:

  • % of users actively opening the layers

  • Number of arrangements (to move elements front or back) made with the Layers  VS number of arrangements made with  the Toolbar

  • Number of common commands (copy, paste & cut) made with the Layers VS number of common commands made with "classic" element picking.

  • Number of large-groups( a group with 3 or more elements) created with layers VS number of large groups created with "classic" element picking

  • Number of large Group editing (adding or deleting one or more elements from a large group) actions  made with layers  VS number of large group editing actions made with "classic" element picking

 

Layers

Adding a sidebar showing the diffarent elements and positions will create a better understanding of the structure in each page.
